Climbing
Reliable sunlight makes Allenspur an ideal crag to kick off your outdoor climbing season. Ten minutes south of Livingston off US 89, park at Carter’s Bridge and hike a short series of switchbacks for accurately graded sport climbs ranging from 5.7 to 5.13a.

Fly-Fishing Instruction
No matter what your skill level, pull on your waders and get over to Anglers West Fly Fishing, right in the heart of Paradise Valley. Horseback Riding

Take advantage of the snowmelt while enjoying the epic scenery through Paradise Valley. Raft companies out of Gardiner start opening up for business on May 1.

Paddle, Bike, Run
Show off your athletic prowess with the Parks to Paradise Triathlon on May 11. This race starts north of Yankee Jim Canyon and ends in Gardiner right under the Roosevelt Arch. You’ll be so enthralled with the epic Paradise Valley scenery you won’t even notice the burn from the 8-mile paddle, 18-mile bike ride, and 5-mile run.
