coffee’s all gone.

clearing the streets. 

Spinning black tunnels.
Black-bottomed runnels.
I saw giant white buffalo,
then plowed ‘em under. 

Hallucination,
deprivation,
diesel fumes and
contemplation.

Rumbling steel scraping,
ice-slicked pavings.
Roundabout and back ‘n forth
back ‘n forth, back ‘n forth… 

Going nowhere.
