The Blue Tarp Bible (Mountaineers Books, $13) by Ron C. Judd is a humorous look at alternative uses of the famous blue tarp, from Blue-Collar Toboggan to Poor Man's Slip 'N' Slide. This is a fun book with some useful, if wacky, applications of the "fabric that binds America."
